Why LocaFlotte exists
In many car rental agencies, reservations, contracts, payments and vehicle follow-up are spread across notebooks, Excel files and WhatsApp conversations. A double booking, a forgotten deposit or an expired insurance policy then costs time and customer trust. LocaFlotte brings these tasks together in one online tool: a shared schedule with double-booking checks, customer records, PDF contracts, payments and deposits, fleet follow-up with deadline alerts, activity reports and an Android app for field agents.
Product milestones
May 2026: development starts
LocaDigital starts developing LocaFlotte: reservations, vehicles, customers and contracts.
June 2026: first client agency
Since June 2026, a car rental agency has been using LocaFlotte every day, and its feedback guides the product.
June 2026: Android app
The LocaFlotte Agent app is published on Google Play, and the public website is available in French, Arabic, English and Spanish.
September 2026: LocaWallet
LocaWallet, the financial follow-up module (payments received, expenses, due dates), is presented on the website with practical guides.
What LocaFlotte does not do yet
We describe LocaFlotte as it is today. At this stage: • no online booking module for the agency's website: reservations are entered in LocaFlotte by the agency's staff; • PDF contracts and invoices are generated in French only (the interface itself is available in four languages); • the mobile app is available on Android only and needs an Internet connection; • financial indicators help with day-to-day management but do not replace an accountant's work.
Data and security
Each agency has its own space, with data and access separated between agencies. For the data an agency records about its own customers, the agency remains the data controller and LocaDigital acts as a technical processor on its behalf. The agency also remains responsible for its rental contracts and its tax and administrative obligations.
