The LocaFlotte mobile app for agents is designed to assist the inspection directly in the field (depending on the modules enabled and when the feature is available). The goal: help agents photograph the sides of the car, report impacts with a tap on the vehicle diagram and record the fuel level.
Customer signature on screen, adding photos and automatically sending the contract by email or WhatsApp are planned for upcoming versions, depending on the agency's configuration. The goal is to strongly limit disputes on vehicle return.
